1. For each position recruitment, our minimum professional fee is
RMB40,000 for Supervisor level recruitment
RMB60,000 for Manager level recruitment
RMB80,000 for General Management level or Director level recruitment

Or 25% of the candidate's first year guaranteed cash compensation, whichever is higher.

2. Payment terms:
• A non-refundable retainer of RMB20,000 or 1/3 (one third) of the total service fee, whichever is higher, is required upon engagement.
• The remaining part of payment is due on the first week of the successful candidate taking up position in the client company.

3. Out of pocket expenses such as overseas telephone calls and faxes, courier, postage, travelling and meeting costs relating to the search assignments outside Shanghai is for the account of the client and will be billed upon the conclusion of the assignment.

4. The contract shall be binding for a period of 24 months from the date of referral of the candidate by Pintalent. If at any time therein, the candidate is employed by client firm in any position that the client deem the candidate qualified for, or by one of client's subsidiaries, or any firm that the client may refer the candidate to, then our Fee Schedule will apply.

5. A contract or interview with the candidates referred will imply acceptance of our terms and conditions.

6. If any plan of interview to candidates, please advise Pintalent 24 hours in advance.

7. The contract will be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
8. REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

Pintalent provides a guarantee of 3 months to replace any candidate hired through its services, should the referred candidate leave his/her employment within the first three months for any reason whatsoever within the guarantee period. The replacement guarantee is only valid if the placement fee had been paid in full.

 

Notice:
A formal service contract should be signed by both parties on the basis of proposal as well as general terms and conditions of executive service approved by the Client. If there is any difference or difficulty happened during the service, the both parties will reach common ground by consultation and joint efforts.
