1. Initial contact with client & introductory briefing    (Week 1)

• Pintalent consultants will meet the client to have a comprehensive understanding of the background of the client company, which will include the development history, the company culture, management style and the China operations etc.
• Pintalent consultants will discuss with the client about the Job Description & Personal Qualification of the required position and will study the industry information, product lines, organization structure, reporting systems of the client.
• Pintalent will provide the client with information of its services.
• Pintalent will have internal meetings to analyze all the information provided by the client, carry out market survey to gather necessary information of the target position. Pintalent will prepare to sign the contract with the client based upon acceptable result of the internal evaluation.

2. Negotiate & sign the service agreement with client. (Week 2)

3. Commencement of the search (week 2-4)
• Search in our computerized database
Our computerized database comprises personal files of tens of thousand various levels of professionals. Most of them are well-educated people with rich professional experience in foreign-invested companies or state-owned companies. Some of the talents in our database hold foreign passports and wish to seek international career exposure in Shanghai or in other parts of China.
• Take advantage of our wide business contacts in the related industry. Contact our consultants in foreign invested enterprises.
• Take advantage of our search channels outside Shanghai
From its establishment, Pintalent has been making efforts to expand its business to   other parts of China. It has established search channels in Beijing, Guangzhou and major cities in East China.
• Advertising in the Media (at the client’s request)
• Compile the first-round candidate list and interview the selected candidates.
• First round interview evaluation and selection.
• Compile the candidate shortlist.
 
4. Interview of the short-listed candidates  (Week 4-6)
• Client’s selection from the short-listed candidates.
• Arrange interview for the client.
• Interview by the client and interview feedback.
• Prepare for the second round of interview. (If necessary)


5. Offering letter preparation    (Week 6-8)
• Discuss the offering package with the client.
• Present the candidate with the offer.
• Acceptance of the offer.


6. Prepare the candidate for the new post  (Week 9-12)
• Assist the candidate to finalize his/her resignation.
• Keep in touch with the candidate after his/her reporting to the new position.
