Manage the calendar and travel arrangements, coordinating with internal and external contacts as required by Directors.
Schedule all meetings as requested for/ or with the Directors.
Work with Directors to plan, organize, and prioritize work activities.
Assist Directors to liaise and interface with other management locally and internationally, colleagues at different level, and external government and business contacts.
Professionally manage and secure all confidential and sensitive business and personal information.
Establish a good filing system to maintain all of the records and files in a secure, organized manner consistent with appropriate company procedures and policy requirements.
Maintain an understanding of Directors’ activities, sufficient to monitor and screen all mail, news, and other correspondence, prioritizing items for action, review, and interest. Follow-up on work as required to make sure that due dates are met.
Maintain open, honest, and direct lines of communication with Directors, and other colleagues. Provide the feedback on organization and business issues.
Work to set up the appropriate example regarding work ethic and conduct for other office employees.
Work independently to anticipate needs, take initiative, adapt to new situations, and overcome obstacles to get things done.
