Job Description:
Support expatriate & repatriate coordination, visa, work & residence permit application & renewal and other expat administration support works.
Coordinate recruitment and staffing activities through communication as well as customer-oriented vision – talent pool maintenance, post advertising, liaise with search firms, CV screening and coordinate the interview arrangements.
Support in the staffing and termination process, i.e. documentation preparation, following up with the medical check and reference check, etc.
Support in the Training logistics coordination for both internal and external.
Consolidate and coordinate HR related reports and payments.
Coordinate the local staff medical & kindergarden expense claim.
Coordinate the employees’ enrollment for Taiping Group Insurance and AIG oversea Insurance.
Support the maintenance of the E-leave System and update the leave record.
Support the Shanghai residence permit application.
Collection HR related documents, translation and drafting of HR documents.
Other administration and secretary work for HR manager and HR team.
Requirements:
College graduate, good command of English, both oral and written
About one year of working experience in related field in multi-national companies
Good team work spirit
Good communication skill, hardworking and willing to help
Good computer skill in MS office application, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
